CornerINOX™ corner fitting - brushed stainless steel.
For areas particularly prone to mechanical damage - external corner.
The corner piece is made from 0.8 mm thick brushed stainless steel (total thickness 1.8-2 mm)
It offers high impact resistance and provides excellent protection for wall corners against damage.
Quick installation of our solutions - excellent self-adhesive tape - rooms are immediately ready for use - no waiting, no downtime and no need to take the rooms where installation is taking place out of use.
There is no need to use adhesives in tubes, to prop up the corner whilst the adhesive sets, or to drill into walls, as is the case with dowel-based installation!
Particularly recommended in areas where strict hygiene standards must be observed, such as kitchens, laboratories and operating theatres.
Installation instructions and notes:
- Order the original Mathey System CornerINOX™ product in the required size
- Dispose of the packaging in the waste paper bin (100% paper & cardboard), along with the protective stretch film separately
- Clean the surface onto which the CornerINOX™ is to be fitted using a dry cloth to remove any particles and dust (the wall should be primed before application); you may also sand the paintwork beforehand
- Peel off the protective backing from the self-adhesive tape, then fit the CornerINOX™ to the corner of the wall you wish to protect, pressing it down evenly on both side surfaces
- Enjoy the benefits of CornerINOX™, including its unique design, durability and resistance
- ! The result depends largely on the quality of the wall finish, any surface unevenness, the care taken during preparation (prior priming) and the application process itself - ensuring the surface is level and correctly positioned at the time of application
- We recommend carrying out a test application on the specific paint in question, given the wide variety of paint types and formulations
