CornerG™ Self-Adhesive Polyurethane Corner Guard is an aesthetic and durable solution designed to protect wall corners against impacts, scuffs and dirt. Made of flexible polyurethane with a thickness of 2.2 mm, it effectively protects the most exposed areas while maintaining a modern and discreet appearance.

Thanks to its flexible construction, the corner guard adapts to corners with different angles, making installation easier even on surfaces that do not form a perfect 90° angle. The self-adhesive layer allows for quick and convenient installation without the need for additional adhesive.

CornerG™ has been designed using the same type of material as the WallG™ polyurethane wall guard, allowing both products to form a consistent wall protection system. The material is both durable and easy to work with, which means the corner guard can be cut to the required size without the use of specialist tools. A standard utility knife or wallpaper knife is sufficient, making it easy to adjust the length directly during installation.

CornerG™ is available in three universal colours:

• BE – beige
• GYL – light grey
• GY – graphite

The corner guard has been designed to perfectly match the WallG™ polyurethane wall guard. Using both products in the same colour makes it possible to create a consistent and aesthetically pleasing protection system for walls and corners.

Installation Instructions and Notes:

1. Surface Preparation

Before installation, make sure that the surface is:

• clean,
• dry,
• smooth,
• stable,
• free from dust, grease, oil and other contaminants that may reduce the adhesion of the self-adhesive layer.

It is recommended to thoroughly clean and degrease the surface using an appropriate product suitable for the specific type of substrate.

Do not install the product on damp, dusty, flaking or unstable surfaces.

In the case of freshly painted walls, wait until the paint coating has completely dried and cured in accordance with the paint manufacturer’s recommendations.

2. Fitting and Cutting

Before installation, measure the length of the corner to be protected and, if necessary, cut the product to the required size.

CornerG™ is made of a material that allows it to be cut to size without the use of specialist tools.

For cutting, you may use, for example:

• a sharp utility knife,
• a wallpaper knife,
• another suitable cutting tool.

Cutting should be carried out on a stable surface with particular care.

3. Installation

1. Place the CornerG™ corner guard against the installation area and check that it fits properly
2. If necessary, cut the product to the required size.
3. Clean and degrease the surface.
4. It is recommended to prime the installation area using a suitable primer appropriate for the type of substrate.
5. Allow both the substrate and the applied primer to dry completely.
6. Carefully adjust the product to the angle of the corner.
7. Starting from one end, gradually remove the protective film from the self-adhesive layer.
8. Press the CornerG™ firmly over the entire surface, paying particular attention to the edges.
9. After installation, press the entire surface of the product evenly once again.

Repeated removal and reapplication of the corner guard is not recommended.

! The final appearance and durability of the installation largely depend on the quality and condition of the wall finish, the evenness of the surface, proper preparation of the substrate – including cleaning, degreasing and prior priming – as well as the care taken when applying and pressing the product.
